SCHOOL COUNCIL BY-LAWS

There has been a recent update to the Education Act to standardize school council by-laws across the province.  The RCS SAC has made recommendations to the RCS SAC by-laws which include the mandatory articles and optional articles as set out by the Act. See the bylaws for the RCS SAC here
